Chaz helped us sell our home in Roseville, and we came to him again when we were ready to buy in Colfax. We had a very succesful purchase, with Chaz getting us $10,000 back at closing. The area we were looking in was quite a trip for him, but he was always there to show us places when we called. And if he thought the home we were looking at wasn't a great fit, he wasn't afraid to tell us so. And this is where his knowledge of construction and just homes/real estate in general really shines. Because he could see things we couldn't see - bad windows, sloping roofs, potential foundation issues, etc. And he guided us in value and re-sale too. But while he was quick to lend his expertise, he also respected that this was going to be our home and let us make the final decision.

I had the pleasure of working with Chaz recently in locating a property for my parents who were moving back from AZ. With his help we were able to find the perfect home in a matter of a day...yes, a day. Obviously the stars lined up for us there but Chaz was instrumental in securing the property for us and looked out for us through out the transaction. He is super knowledgeable, honest, and has his client's best interest at heart. My parents love their new home. I would definitely recommend Chaz Halbert to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

Chaz was incredible to work with. Truly a genuine connection and earnest desire to work with you and for you and to the best of his ability. Left at the door are the typical cheesy antics of realtors, and instead, with Chaz, you get incredible human interaction and service. Chaz SOLD the home to us (working as the sellers agent) and rather than reach out to the agent we worked with for that transaction, we reached out to Chaz to be our sellers agent, we were so impressed with how he did it the first time. I would give him six stars if there were that many to give.

Chaz was amazing!! Selling a house you’re currently living in with a newborn is no easy task and Chaz was not only present but early for all photos, inspections and the open house to help make sure our house was looking perfect to show! On the buying end, we chose a house that had been on the market for close to a year with multiple deals that had fallen through. Chaz worked closely with the selling agent to make sure we didn’t lose the house of our dreams! He’s truly an awesome agent willing to go above and beyond for his clients. We couldn’t be more thankful for everything he did for us and if we decide to move ever again, he will be our first phone call.

Chaz is awesome! He did an amazing job helping me stage my house for a quick sale, the house was marketed well with amazing pictures, and we sold in 4 days(above asking), despite the house being on a fairly busy corner. The buyers were quite difficult, but Chaz handled every hurdle so I wouldn't have to deal with additional stress. He also helped with the purchase of my new home, and all the difficulties surrounding a contingency purchase. He timed the closings perfectly, and everything went very smoothly. Chaz truly cares about his clients and I highly recommend him!
