Chaz helped us sell our home in Roseville, and we came to him again when we were ready to buy in Colfax. We had a very succesful purchase, with Chaz getting us $10,000 back at closing. The area we were looking in was quite a trip for him, but he was always there to show us places when we called. And if he thought the home we were looking at wasn't a great fit, he wasn't afraid to tell us so. And this is where his knowledge of construction and just homes/real estate in general really shines. Because he could see things we couldn't see - bad windows, sloping roofs, potential foundation issues, etc. And he guided us in value and re-sale too. But while he was quick to lend his expertise, he also respected that this was going to be our home and let us make the final decision.

Selling a house you’re currently living in with a newborn is no easy task and Chaz was not only present but early for all photos, inspections and the open house to help make sure our house was looking perfect to show! On the buying end, we chose a house that had been on the market for close to a year with multiple deals that had fallen through. Chaz is awesome! He did an amazing job helping me stage my house for a quick sale, the house was marketed well with amazing pictures, and we sold in 4 days(above asking), despite the house being on a fairly busy corner. He also helped with the purchase of my new home, and all the difficulties surrounding a contingency purchase. He timed the closings perfectly, and everything went very smoothly. I met Chaz quite by chance in November 2021 at a time when my current realtor had given me discouraging news about the sale of my home. I felt quite trapped by her pricing strategy and the fact that I had external repairs made me think I wouldn’t be able to sell my home.
